Refund Policy

General Guidelines:


Junior Footy Stars is committed to following the terms set out in the Australian Consumer Law regarding Refunds. Before a customer makes a purchase with Junior Footy Stars, please make sure you have read and understand the refund policy clearly.


We are not required to provide a refund for a change of mind towards any of our products

or services once an agreement has been reached and, in this instance, an agreement is

reached once a financial transaction has occurred. Should you or your player change their

mind and not be able to participate in the program that you purchased or any products that

you purchase from Junior Footy Stars, we will happily provide you with a credit towards a

future program.


Credit:


A credit will be provided to a customer on the following grounds after a financial

agreement has been made for a service or product provided by Junior Footy Stars when:

  • A player or parent/guardian has had a change of mind in regard to any of the

  • services that we provide.

  • A player or parent is unable to attend a particular location

  • A player is unable to participate in a program for any other reason than what is listed

  • below

  • Change of mind regarding any products we sell


A credit will be provided to the customer in the format of a voucher sent via email from

Junior Footy Stars. The voucher will clearly highlight a VOUCHER NUMBER as well as the

total amount of credit the customer is to receive


Refund:


A refund will be provided to a customer on the following grounds after a financial

agreement has been made for a service or product provided by Junior Footy Stars when:

  • A player has an injury supported by a medical certificate that states that they are unable to participate.

  • We are unable to fulfil what we have stated we would in any service or product we

  • provide (eg; we have had to cancel a location due to low numbers)

  • Should covid-19 or any other pandemic or lockdown prevent us from being able to

  • fulfill our services offered

  • A faulty product that is sold to a customer


A refund will be provided to a customer for any of the 4 reasons listed above or any other

reason outlined in the Australian Consumer Law guidelines. Refunds will be provided to a

nominated bank account by the customer requesting the refund with funds expected to be

received within 5 business days of the transaction taking place. In an instance when the

funds aren’t received, please contact Junior Footy Stars who will investigate for you.


We are fully 100% committed to obeying the Australian Consumer Law which does set out

consumer rights and their guarantees. If there is an inconsistency between this Junior Footy Stars

Refund Policy and the Australian Consumer Law, the Australian Consumer Law will stand, and we will

commit to this at time of writing this document.
