Junior Footy Stars was created to provide junior development to children/youth as well as club coaches and officials. We do this in the form of providing a service but acknowledge that at times we will also be selling products
By purchasing a Junior Footy Stars product or service, this confirms that you have fully read, completely understand, and agree to be bound by the policies provided to you by Junior Footy Stars. Failing to agree with the terms and conditions, please contact Junior Footy Stars beau@juniorfootystars.com.au and inform us of your decision to stop or cease any of our services or products agreed to or purchased immediately. Any change to the terms or conditions will be updated via this document and therefore you will be required to keep a regular check on this page. We will also send an email to you to notify of our updated terms and conditions should we be required to. Again, we require you to fully read these terms and conditions and it is recommended that you do keep a copy of these. At times you will be required to agree to terms and conditions before proceeding with registrations etc. All invoices are to be paid by the date stipulated on the invoice. Any invoices that are outstanding past the payment due date listed on the invoice after 10 days, will incur a $40 administration and late payment fee.
a. Registration
During the registration for paid services, you will be required to provide the details of your banking financial institution. You may also be required to provide these at any other times for purchase of products or other elements of the Junior Footy Stars business. All registrations will be made via www.juniorfootystars.com.au or via the link provided to you by us from our online registration company. You agree that in order to purchase a product or service via registration, that you are happy and willing to provide personal information where requested. Examples include but are not limited to Name, Surname, Address, Mobile, Email etc. Any information that is provided to Junior Footy Stars as part of the registration Process to be true at time of completing the registration. At completion of the registration, you agree to become a Stars Customer and agree to these terms with the expectation that these terms and conditions have been read and understood prior to the registration submission. Any people/persons who are not of legal age must not complete a registration on their own behalf and by submitting registration you agree that you are OVER 18. Any passwords or logins that are required, you acknowledge that you are to store them, and Junior Footy Stars have no access to any passwords for any accounts that are created etc. If you believe that you may have forwarded on your password or that your account may be at risk, you are to notify Junior Footy Stars immediately who will endeavour to place a block on your account within a reasonable amount of time from when notified. All payments are made using STRIPE in the form of a Credit Card Payment. You agree that you have also read all terms and conditions provided to you or by you seeking them yourself from STRIPE. If any payments are unsuccessful for any reason or because of your financial institute, you agree that you will continue to be liable for the outstanding amount until full payment has been made. Appropriate legal action will be taken by Junior Footy Stars should we feel that any breaches of the information listed above may have occurred.
b. Refund Policy
You agree to all details outlined in the Junior Footy Stars Refund Policy which can be found at www.juniorfootystars.com.au . Should you not be able to find the refund policy, you agree to contact Junior Footy Stars via beau@juniorfootystars.com.au to request a copy of the refund policy. You are required to read, understand, and obey prior to submitting registration for any Junior Footy Stars Service or product. No refund or credit will be available to be provided shall you not have a valid reason for not fulfilling the service or product that you purchased from Junior Footy Stars. All information can be found on the website listed above. Appropriate legal action will be taken by Junior Footy Stars should we feel that any breaches of the information listed above may have occurred.
c. Copyright and Intellectual Property
The website and all products that are related to Junior Footy Stars remain the property of Junior Footy Stars and must not be obtained or disrupted in any way. All material on any platform including website and communications/social media is that of their own and are subject to copyright. Promotional Images you see are either the property of Junior Footy stars or have been purchased with valid licences and must not be used by any 3 rd party. The logo, any designs, website, scripts/texts, program names or content are that of Junior Footy Stars and must not be used by any other party. Junior Footy Stars is owned by Dorbeau Pty Ltd with the owner//Director being Beau Dorian. The website must be used in conjunction with all terms and conditions listed on this document. You must not print any pages used on www.juniorfootystars.com.au and use for your own use or commercial use. Appropriate legal action will be taken by Junior Footy Stars should we feel that any breaches of the information listed above may have occurred.
d. Privacy
Junior Footy Stars acknowledges that your privacy is important to us and hence we have strict
privacy guidelines in place which can be found Privacy Policy: www.juniorfootystars.com.au . You are required to read these guidelines prior to participating or registering with Junior Footy Stars. Should you be unable to locate this, you agree to contact beau@juniorfootystars.com.au who will provide you with this information. In any instance where we need to include a parent or player name, we will include the first name in full and first initial of the surname only. We will never provide any third party with full name and surname details to protect your privacy. You acknowledge that while we store your personal details and do not disclose this, as set out in the ‘Junior Footy Stars Privacy Policy’ the use of the website www.juniorfootystars.com.au is at your own risk and comes with no warranty. Any loss of data because of an unlawful third party is the responsible of you and not Junior Footy Stars. Appropriate legal action will be taken by Junior Footy Stars should we feel that any breaches of the information listed above may have occurred.
e. Images and photos
During programs or times when Junior Footy Stars is in operation by providing a service, you acknowledge and agree that photography may take place, and this may be used as part of the Junior Footy Stars Media. You are able to request that photos of customers (you) or players (your children) not be used in any marketing promotions such as flyers, website, emails, logos or any other of the business platforms and must do so in writing to beau@juniorfootystars.com.au prior to the conclusion of that particular program (our program photos normally go up on the same day). If a photo has been published and you wish it to be taken down, please contact beau@juniorfootystars.com.au immediately and the image will be removed as soon as possible.
Shall you wish for photos not to be taken during the program of you or your son/daughter, you must approach the Junior Footy Stars staff member in charge upon arrival at the program and notify them providing clear details, so the staff member is fully aware. The staff member will accept your request and will continue to take photos with the exclusion of the person noted in your communication. Any photos published, both Name and Surname together will not be included. At times, the first name, or first name and surname initial may be displayed only. Any questions regarding this, please contact beau@juniorfootystars.com.au. At times photos/images may be used or circulated by Junior Footy Stars for advertisements purposes. By registering in our program, you acknowledge and accept that parents and families of children in our clinics may be taking photos during the program. Please contact us via email above if this may be an issue to you.
f. Limitation of Liability
Junior Footy Stars total liability that may arise as a result of services within the contract agreed upon with these terms will not exceed the re-supply of the service to you. You fully agree that no Junior Footy Stars employees, third parties, licensors or coaches shall be liable to you in any way.
g. Termination of Contract
All terms that are set out in this document as well as any other Junior Footy Stars Policy or Procedures will remain in place until contract is terminated by either party (customer or company). In order to terminate a contract with Junior Footy Stars, you must contact beau@juniorfootystars.com.au with 5 business days’ notice. If you do not wish to receive marketing information from Junior Footy Stars, you need to inform us immediately and we will endeavour to remove your communications listing from our database. Junior Footy Stars will terminate a contract if payment has not been made in a fair and reasonable period prior to the service being delivered. If you breach any of our terms, you acknowledge that we own the right to terminate the contract. Appropriate legal action will be taken by Junior Footy Stars should we feel that any breaches of the information listed above may have occurred. h. Indemnity
You acknowledge and agree to indemnify Junior Footy Stars and all its employees and third parties from and against all actions and any breach of the terms contained within this document.
i. Disputes and Law
You acknowledge that any disputes must be discussed with Junior Footy stars via beau@juniorfootystars.com.au prior to commencing any legal action. In doing so you comply with attempting to resolve the problem in a calm and reasonable manner and a fair and reasonable result be attempted to be made prior to Mediation or any other activities occurring. j. Severance
In the case whereby any element of these Terms listed in this document Junior Footy Stars Terms and Conditions is found to be void or unenforceable by a Court of competent jurisdiction, that part shall be cut however all remaining terms will remain active and enforceable.
